The October 2008 Las Vegas Casting and Bracing Symposium
This October 24 & 25th, ASOP will hold its third large symposium to include vendor table top displays.
The venue is the Flamingo Hotel and Casino right in the middle of the famous Las Vegas Strip. With special discounted room rates, the weekend dates, approved continuing education hours, a half day drive time from 750 California orthopedic practices and inexpensive flights from the rest of the country, this is sure to be a successful event.
Our core attendee demographics are the Orthopedic Technologists, Athletic Trainers, Orthopedic Allied Professionals, Orthotic Fitters and others who work with orthopedic patients and have a professional and entrepreneurial interest in setting up their own bracing business within the orthopedic office.
Besides making it inexpensive for the attendee we have tried to keep costs down for the participating vendors. The cost of a single table top display is only $1000.00 (before August 15th, 2008, $1500 after). Set up will be on Friday, October 24th, from 7-8AM, tear down is after 2PM, Saturday October 25th. There is limited space for only 20 vendors. Attendee visits to your booth will be driven by a meeting raffle & food breaks. A buffet lunch will be served in the vendor hall on Friday and Saturday. A cocktail party will be held in vendor hall on Friday evening.
To help increase attendance at this meeting, all participating booth vendors are asked to provide a coupon of some value to the attendee. It might be for free product sample or a discount off a product purchase. Combined with other meeting incentives, this will make the symposium essentially free to the attendee.
