The July 2010 Las Vegas Casting and Bracing Symposium
This July, ASOP will hold its' fifth large symposium to include vendor table top displays.
The year the venue is the Rio Hotel & Casino. With special discounted room rates, the weekend dates, approved continuing education hours, a half day drive time from 750 California orthopedic practices and inexpensive flights from the rest of the country, this is sure to be a successful event. This is the first year we are combining with the American Association of Orthotic Fitters to hold an annual event.
Our core attendee demographics are the Orthotic Fitters, Athletic Trainers, Orthopedic Technologists and others who work with orthopedic patients and have a professional and entrepreneurial interest in bracing within the orthopedic surgeons office, the O&P shop and the DME facility
Besides making it inexpensive for the attendee we have tried to keep costs down for the participating vendors. The cost of a single table top display is only $750.00 (before April 1st, $1000 after). Set up will be on Friday, July 23rd, from 6:30-7:30AM, tear down is after 2PM, Saturday, July 24th. There is limited space for only 24 vendors. Attendee visits to your booth will be driven by a meeting raffle & food breaks. A buffet lunch will be served in vendor hall.
Additionally, there are manufacturer workshop opportuniites available. You can instruct interested attendees on your products in your own workshop.
To help increase attendance at this meeting, all participating booth vendors are asked to provide a coupon of some value to the attendee. It might be for free product sample or a discount off a product purchase.
